My next project begins

One of the high lights of these year was producing the "Hidden Dreams" CD, which was one of my dreams. The testimonies that I have been getting as a result of this production have been overwhelming. One thing I have learned is that by remembering the testimonies, you can start walking towards the next dream in your heart.

I am now taking my next step toward my next dream. Five years ago, the Lord placed a story in my heart about the kingdom of God. I have never excelled in writing skills, so I kept putting it off. Now I know that it is not all about my ability.  Already, He is putting people  in my life to help me with this endeavor. I don't have to do it alone. God can give me the idea and the story and others can help make it happen. I can't reveal the details about this book, but I can tell you that it will speak to both young and old hearts.

The Keys to the kingdom

Tuesday night Shawn Boltz spoke to the 2nd year class on keys from the kingdom. At the end of his message he activated us for us to receive the key that God has given us. When he prayed I felt the lords finger on my hands. I felt such love from him. One of the key he will always give us is the love key to the land that he promised you. For me is the land of Kings(leaders). But as I look at the word leaders I see some differences on how they run their kingdom.

Lets a look at some of the current world leaders.

• Japan had a horrible earthquake, and the leadership have not been completely honest with the current situation. 
• Lybia is having a local revolution to have the terrorist Gaddafi remove from office.

These are just are example where my core values do not align with these leaders. Its easy to minister to people who you agree with, but how can I be effective to kings who's  values I dont agree with. Love is the key to their land. If they can see Love, then you have a key to open the door to their kingdom. Daniel and Josheph both interperted dreams to rulers who did wrong.  When you love someone then you dont agree with, then the door is open for you to be an influence. You can try to break in the door, but you will look like an intruder. Both Joseph and Daniel were invited, they did not have to force anything. The love key will always open the door to peoples heart.

Secretariat 

Since coming back from Nicaragua, I have not posted anything due to some personal matters. The last 3 weeks have had some of the toughest challenges I have ever faced in my life. During this time I began to question many different things. But I always reminded myself that God is good. That's a core value that does not change, no matter what circumstances we go through. This core value is what I rest on. As I rest on this value I gain strength to do my day to day work.

From the beginning of the school year I felt to run with what God has given me. In fact the theme song for me has been "I will run" by Misty Edwards. But like most of us, during challenges we can loose the path that God has you in.  But even during these times of challenges, when he tells you to start something, finish strong no matter what it looks like.

Take a look at Secretariat. Some of us have seen the movie, which is one of my all time favorite movies. Here is a horse that loves to run. When it was time to run the last race of the triple crown, Secretariat did not start slow like most horses did during this 1.5 mile race. He started out with a full sprint out of the gate! Most people thought he could not keep up this pace but because Secretariat was born to run, he was doing what he loves to do. Anytime you do what you love, you always will out work someone who is in it just to work.  In the stretch, Secretariat opened a 1/16 mile lead on the rest of the field. At the finish, he won by 31 lengths (breaking the margin-of-victory record set by Triple Crown winner Count Fleet in 1943, who won by 25 lengths) and ran the fastest 1½ miles on dirt in history, 2:24 flat, which broke the stakes record by more than 2 seconds. This works out to a speed of 37.5 mph for his entire performance. The death of Lazarus. When Jesus heard this, he did not react to the situation. In fact he stayed with his disciples 2 more days. If someone did that today they would say that they dont care, but Jesus always did what the father told him to do. He responded "This sickness will not end in death..". Here's the thing, he did not allow the circumstance to take his eye from heaven. He kept his focus on his father. This is the key to keep running even though you may be going through circumstances.

Now how we run is different with everyone. For some it could be intercession, but for others like myself it could be to keep dreaming. But how do you dream while you're dealing with events that need your attention? God does not neglect the people who are in need. In fact he does say if you feed the poor, you feed him. So if I am a dreamer, I may not have the same grace a someone who is pastoral, but I can provide someone faith to believe in the future no matter what it looks like. Your role in cirmustances is still always linked to who you are.

So for me during this season in my life, I will keep dreaming and finish strong on what God has given me because its not just for my victory but for others. It's so that I can give it away.

Day 5 of Nicaragua - Fun Day

Today was our fun day. After a long exhausted previous day with transportation problems, we went to the market place for some shopping. Like in many places in you should negotiate the prices. Thats always fun. The high light of the day was when we went Zip-lining on the top of a mountain. At first Terey did not want to do it but she did it!  She conquered her fears!

Tomorrow we are heading to the parliament to meet with officials and pray for the country! Revival is coming to Nicaragua!

Day 4 of Nicaragua - Transportation problem what a crazy day!

Today are 2 cars came apart while we stayed at the Selva Negra black forest resort. The resort is not to bad but sceneries were beautiful. The resort grows their own coffee and sells it all over the world.

We are getting a van tomorrow so we should be good but has been on crazy day! Thats all for now..

Day 3 of Nicaragua - It was a shack, It rained, But god showed up

Day 3 we went to a village for the sick. I knew we were going to have service at a church  plant, but when I saw the location my mind was blown away on how it small it was.  Inside the hut there was mounts of dirt and cement because they were still in the process building the building.  I really did not know how we were going to have church but these people have the fire of god on them. You can see it in their eyes,
Before the service started the group split to talk to the people at the village.


Each time I visited someones house, they welcomed us with open arms. Here are these people sleeping in a home made shack no bigger then my own bedroom.  I did not understand on how they could live like this. But I could feel Gods presence in each house.

When it was time for the service we saw the rain coming, I thought they were going to cancel. They did not. They came to the small shack.  Worship begin and I lost it after that. I saw such passion and they had nothing. The roof was leaking, and the ground was muddy. And yet they worshiped like no one I ever saw. The pastor was a 60 yrs old woman who had more energy then most people I know back in the states. We have so good and yet want everything to be perfect before we can worship. But here is the lady who was dancing before the Lord in the worst condition you can imagine. I have experience so much through this. that you can worship

Day 2 of Nicaragua - The power of god

Today we went to villages for the sick. They favor was over whelming. Every house in the village welcome us with open arms.  One particular miracle was when we prayed for a elderly gentleman. He had a condition where he could not walk straight because of his Equilibrium. We prayed and he was instantly healed. He told us that he felt like a young child. So he got up from his chair and started to follow us to pray for others.

Later that night we had the even service at a church plant. When the worship started,the power of God hit like a ton of brick. Deborah Van Haelst and Rebekah Sanderson brought such a good work to empower the woman in the church. Then my lovely wife finished it with a prophetic word for the church. It was amazing!! But what touch me the most were the kids. They would worship with such passion. Lord let worship with the heart of a child!
